A bump charge requested through the Octopus app may take a few minutes to arrive, it is not immediate. In testing it's generally a 40-80 second delay but that could vary. So before moving on, to confirm, my car is a Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV) and does not charge via any other Charger. When setting up for the Switch to Intelligent Octopus, I chose "No Charger", 3-Pin Plug and 2.3 kW. So the Test Charge went fine and I was Switched successfully with emails received to confirm.

when I come to do the test charge the 7mins runs and theocotpus app says nothing as though I didn't even run a test charge. Repeat this 5x and checking menus in pivipro etc to see if any timers are set but it seems to be set to instant charge. When using IO it is important to disable any intellegence on your EVSE. The whole point of IO is that you hand over charging management to Octopus.
